As the client or coachee, you bring questions, dilemmas, problems, and goals to the conversation as well as a willingness to work through them. The coach listens and asks challenging questions which will allow you to view your situation differently and to come up with your own, individualized strategies for solving problems.

You can probably relate to the feeling of being stuck in a situation. Sometimes we feel stuck because challenging situations seem to lead to unfavourable solutions. The more we think about the options in front of us, the more we see only dead ends, solutions we don’t want, or places we don’t want to go. What is Group Coaching?
Group coaching occurs in a confidential, intimate conversation space when a group of individuals are working towards different performance goals around a common theme. It is a process focused on creating awareness, goal setting, taking action and accountability for this group of individuals. Within an organization, group coaching can be a way to open up communication between members and to create relationships that will strengthen networks across the organization.
